No reporters to be allowed at tribunals for suspects moved from CIA prisons

All in the name of "National Security?" I'd say they screwed that up a long time ago! Which is why we are one of the world's least trusted and most hated countries.

I'd say they have more to hide than specifics about our security measures.

For instance, Bush has said, "the CIA program “has been, and remains, one of the most vital tools in our war against the terrorists.”"

Why? probably because the "oh so popular" US government has allowed this agency to have free reign and do anything and everything under the radar, in the name of national security. Assassinations, which by the war are illegal last time I checked, another name for it is murder. I believe we have laws against it and it is also one of the 10 Commandments, yet we use terms like, war and national security, to justify it.

If people had the integrity to stay within the statutes of the laws put in place to protect us all. Maybe they would not have anything to hide.

Very much reminds me of what is going on today. The administration is making wrong decisions with the power that we gave them. We must take it back! While their actions and words make them look like complete idiots, America has allowed them to continue to make decisions for Americans, while we are the ones who suffer. They will still get their paychecks, personal security for their families, still be called President whether they deserve the title or not, while the rest suffer for the laws and ideals they have put in place. We MUST hold them accountable!!!

One argument I hear is "But Bush reads the Bible!!!" Really? have you seen him, are there photos? those are easily staged... But guess what?? Convicted murderers, drug dealers, and rapists also read the bible on a daily basis, in hopes that it will make them look good and can get out on faking remorse and for good behavior. Not saying that everyone of them do it, there are some that are actually remorseful of what they have done to another human being and look to God for forgiveness. But that does not change the fact that they are still criminals.

God gave us the ability to change our minds, to admit we made a mistake, to pray for forgiveness, and the chance to make things right (called time). Stop thinking about yourself and think about the future of our children worldwide!

Power of the West

The west has always thrown its weight and power around and done what it wishes. The facts are all there about this family, and what harm will it do to help them? We keep getting chances to show compassion yet we continue to look like a nation of hypocrites and assholes! congratulations, onece again you have succeeded. IF this is the most secure nation we should be able to put them on a watch list and help them, rather than torture them for being in a bad situation, wanting to better their lives and be persecuted further by not only their own country but US and Canada as well! These situations are building blocks of hatred for the US and the western world!

We allow thousands of mexican, Puerto Rican, and Haitian immigrants, both legally and illegally into this country every day! But since we are most likely gonna be at war with Iran cause nobody wants to do the right thing and Impeach a couple of criminals because it might make America look bad... Don't we look bad enough? Could it get any worse?
